Using Facebook Messenger AI Stickers: A Step-by-Step Guide
AI Stickers are now available for free in the Messenger app on both Android and iOS and using them is simple:
- Make sure you have the latest version of Messenger installed from the Apple App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android. Although it is currently in beta, it is expected to become stable by the end of the year.
- Open a chat in Messenger and find the sticker button by tapping the Emoji face.
- Select AI Sticker and enter your desired text prompt in the text area provided.
- Tap “Generate” after entering the prompt and you will have a high-quality sticker ready to use.
Please note that Meta AI Chatbot capabilities do not include sending AI-generated stickers in response to chat messages. However, this feature will be available to all users soon.
Similar AI-powered features will debut on Instagram, where users can edit images and collaborate with friends to create unique visuals. These features, such as ReStyle and Wallpapers, promise to further improve the user experience.
